About Al Warsan (II)
Al Warsan (or Al Warisan) is a mixed-use area adjacent to the popular residential neighbourhood of International City. It is a relatively new development in the vicinity of Al Warqaa and Nad Al Sheba and is still undergoing construction. The community is further divided into four sub-districts named (I) to (IV). Predominantly industrial, the locality is mainly known for housing the Dubai Sewage and Treatment Plant. However, it has an evolving residential side, also growing in popularity. With new projects being added to the market, it is expected that the neighbouring International City will be occupying most of Al Warisan. Warsan (II) forms the major part of the master development, featuring Dubai Palm Polo Club, Al Aweer Sewage Treatment Plant and the headquarters of DEWA. Amenities like pet market, Dubai Plant Souq, Dubai Municipality Nursery and a couple of ENOC Pumps are concentrated in the sub-community of Warsan (III).
